To sign up for eBill, which sends a secure
PDF to your email address, you can:
- Simply click the
button below and move all your accounts to eBill at once
(you need to login or
register for the portal to be able to move)

OR
- Send a free SMS from your Shahry number you wish to
switch with “EB email_ID QID_Number” (e.g. EB
ahmed@myemail.com 123456789) to 114, receive a verification message of the email
ID supplied, and be immediately switched to Ebill upon confirmation.
- Select the Ebill option and provide your email ID in
your Account Page on the eQtel website.
- Call 111 and provide your Qatar ID
details.
- Switch over in Qtel
Shops across the country.
With all
of the above subscription options, you will receive a confirmation SMS letting
you know that your eBill request was
successful.
If you don’t receive confirmation within 2 hours, or at any
time you experience difficulties, then please call us on
