Solution Engineer (VAS)	Contract

10 Solution Engineers in the following Value Added Service (VAS) areas required: LBS, SMS, VMS, instant messaging, video streaming, MMS, POC, Audio RBT, video RBT, CBC, IMS, NTMS, vedio mail, IVR. Main purpose of the role and key responsibilities: developing solutions determined by the Solution Architect, integration activities, error tracking and proposing and implementing system improvements. Technical support for customer solutions (offer analyses, reviews, developing and testing customer specific requirements, support for difficult customer specific technical problems). Writing and maintaining system documentation. Executing site surveys, feasibility studies and pre-analyses. Active participation in work groups, system design teams, etc. that are already working on the solution. Providing answers to technical queries from the customer. Responsible for delivering working solution within defined deadlines. Requirements: Telecom or IT Engineering Degree with a few years of experience in the telecom field. Experience in IT and telecom products and their behaviour in a real customer network is a must. Linux/Unix system administration and Linux application integration. TCP/IP Networking, knowledge of Routers and Switches. Communication technologies such as WLAN, UMTS, GPRS, possibly satellite communication. Knowledge of IPSec, VPN, VLAN, Ethernet.

Tip and Trik Trip to DOHA

Kemarin tgl 23 dini hari utk pertama kalinya aku bernagkat ke DOHA utk new jobs, new live and new future.

Dalam proses keberangkatan aku mendapat kesulitan msalah bagasi dimana bagasiku kelebihan 10 kg dari batas maksimum per penumpang 25 kg. Petugas check ini menawarkan tiga pilihan mengurangi bagasi, kirim via Kargo (di sebelah counter check in) atau membayar kelebihan bagasi per kilogram 35 US Dolar....hmm jadi klu 10 Kg = 350 US Dolar = 3,4 juta rupiah...wah2....nilai yg terlalu mahal, apalagi uang saku ndak banyak neh. Akhirnya aku putuskan utk mengurangi jumlah barang dengan mengeluarkan beberapa barang2 yang sekiranya bisa ditunda/pending. Terpaksa mengeluarkan beberapa buku2 yg belum terlalu urgent diperlukan dan cukup berat, makanan bawaan ortu dan istri yg cukup berat juga dan beberapa baju/kaos dan tas yang bisa dikirim menyusul pakai paket rencananya. cukup merepotkan dalam proses ini tetapi untungnya adikku yang mengantar masih menunggu aku sehingga barang2 tersebut bisa aku suruh bawa balik kerumah. Sebenarnya bisa saja di kirim via Kargo saat itu dan lebih murah 10 US Dollar/kg tetapi aku tdk siap dgn packing terpisahnya.

So utk rekan2 yg mau trip ke Doha via Qatar Airways make sure beberapa hal dibawah
1. Bagasi maksimum 25 kg per penumpang. Kelebihan akan di charge per 1 Kg= 35 US Dollar.
2. Beban maksimum per Tas adalah 32-33 kg. Klu lebih harus dipecah menjadi dua Tas bagasi.
3. Tas yang dibawa ke Kabin hanya boleh 1 saja dan masimal beban 8-10 kg. (aturan 8 kg, waktu aku bwa 10 kg dibolehkan mungkin kasihan terlalu byk yg dikurangi).
4. Barang Cair (water , obat cair etc) yg dibawa di kabin maksimal 100 ml. klu lebih harus ditinggal ( klu aku terpaksa aku minum semua he he...sayang jga soalnya).
5. Akhir august adalah akhir liburan summer jadi penerbangan ke luar negeri khususnya eropa , middle east cukup padat. cari tiket agak sulit aku sendiri sempat waiting list. klu bisa hindari waktu2 itu.
6. Jika memang harus membawa banyak Disiapkan dalam Tas/ kardus berbeda dari yg 25 kg bagasi yg dibawa dan kirim pakai Kargo (Counter Qatar Airways disebelah tempat check in) , info dari temen tarifnya 10 US Dollar per Kg dan sampai maksimum 3 hari dan ambil sendiri di bandara DOHA utk kargo biasa. klu yg diantar pakai semacam DHL dsb lebih mahal.

So mungkin itu saja dulu tips ..silahkan cek terus website ini...
