Tren penggunaan transmisi matik pada mobil di Indonesia meningkat.
Pengoperasiannya pun lebih mudah ketimbang yang manual, tanpa harus
menginjak pedal kopling. Kendati begitu, bukan berarti manusia tidak bisa
melakukan kesalahan. Dan, perilaku salah dapat membuat usia pakai menjadi
lebih singkat.

Dijelaskan oleh Ricardo Matik, spesialis transmisi matik yang berdomisili di
Tangerang, bahwa kerusakan transmisi akibat kesalahan pengoperasian hanya 10
persen, terbesar 85 persen justru akibat kelalaian mengganti oli, sedangkan
5 persen akibat umur pemakaian.

Ada kelalaian-kelalaian kecil, walau tidak fatal, menjadi awal kerusakan
transmisi. Seperti apa kelalaian tersebut?

* Tidak memindahkan tuas ke N. Saat berhenti lama di tengah kemacetan atau
saat lampu merah, terkadang pengemudi terus memanteng tongkat transmisi pada
posisi D. Kondisi ini membuat transmisi bekerja ekstra lantaran harus
bekerja saat suplai udara segar terbatas. Jika berhentinya lebih 60 detik,
segera pindahkan transmisi ke N agar pelumas tidak meningkat drastis.

* Tancap gas masuk ke D. Saat mengantre di lampu rambu, begitu tanda hijau
menyala, kerap pengemudi langsung memindahkan tongkat ke D dan langsung
menginjak pedal gas. Padahal, transmisi perlu waktu untuk melakukan proses
engage dengan memindahkan tekanan fluida ke arah torque converter. Jika
kebiasaan ini sering dilakukan maka katup selenoid di dalam rumah transmisi
mudah rusak.

* Sering melakukan engine brake. Untuk memperoleh efek engine brake, boleh
digunakan pada gigi rendah. Namun, perpindahan dilakukan pada saat putaran
mesin di 3.000 rpm. Sebab, bila di atas itu, bisa terjadi hard friction dan
akan mengurangi umur pakai kopling gesek di dalam trasmisi.

* Pindah posisi dari D ke R. Memindahkan tuas persneling dari D ke R (hendak
parkir) perlu kecepatan tangan. Namun, bila dilakukan dengan kasar, maka
transmisi konvensional dapat berakibat kerusakan pada planetary gear dan one
way clutch. Sementara komponen di luar transmisi yang terpengaruh seperti
cross joint pada as kopel, engine mounting dan as roda (penggerak roda
depan).

* Menahan transmisi di gigi 1. Kebutuhan engine brake di jalanan menurun
curam atau performa akselerasi di jalanan tanjakan, tentu butuh gigi 1.
Tapi, sebaiknya kondisi ini dilakukan seperlunya saja dan dihindari ketika
menghadapi kondisi jalan normal (rata). Sebab, beban kopling semakin berat.
Apalagi bila dilanjutkan ke gigi tinggi pada transmisi otomatis konvensional
yang masih menggunakan katup. Bisa membuat performa komponen per di balik
akuator piston bisa bermasalah akibat tekanan berlebihan. (Andy Tinggogoy)

... Matic2 terbaru sudah pake sistem sensor intelijen yg lbih reaktif saat perpindahan gigi, maka itu banyak mobil sport yg menganut sistem gear otomatis saat ini. Bayangkan bila mobil sport bertenaga besar menggunakan sistem gear otomatis yg konvensional, dijamin dlm sebulan bakal jebol.. Perhatikan mobil2 sport eropa terutama mercy yg keluaran diatas th 2000, semuanya pasti matic. Perhatikan kapasitas mesinnya dan daya kuda yg dihasilkan, rata2 diatas 2000cc dan 200hp. Mobil dgn kapasitas dan tenaga segitu bila masih menggunakan sistem gear matic konvensional seperti yg dijabarkan dibawah ini dijamin jebol kurang dari sebulan. Apalagi mobil sport jarang dikendarai secara kalem, umumnya nyetir mobil sport pasti rada kasar.. Ga slalu mobil sport, mobil sperti LandCruiser juga sama....

6.4 Setting up a Healthcare Institution in Qatar

1. Apply for a license to the Department of Medical Licensing at the National Health Authority.

2. Submit a request to be exempted from local partnership to the Investment Promotion Department at the Ministry of Business and Trade.

3. Fill and certify the establishment contract form at the Ministry of Business and Trade.

4. For a full service healthcare institution, apply for a commercial registration at the Ministry of Business and Trade.

5. Obtain a commercial permit from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning.

6. Obtain a commercial registration number from the immigration office at the Ministry of Interior.

6.5 Setting up an Educational Institution in Qatar

1. For K-12, obtain an approval from the Department of Private Education at the Ministry of Education;

For Post Secondary Education, obtain an approval from the Higher Education Institute Department at the Supreme Education Council.
